Executive Board of the WY State AFL-CIO
Our Executive Board
The Wyoming State AFL-CIO is led by working union members elected by delegates at our annual Constitutional Convention. Our Executive Board represents all six geographic areas of Wyoming, covering every county in our state. These aren't outside organizers—they're miners, electricians, laborers, and operators who live and work in Wyoming communities.
Our sole employee, Executive Director Marcie Kindred, works alongside our elected leadership to coordinate organizing, advocacy, and member services across the state. Together, we build worker power from the ground up.
Our democratic structure ensures we stay accountable to the working families we serve—because we're not just representing Wyoming workers, we ARE Wyoming workers.
